Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of our B2B and B2C websites, taking ownership of the design and user experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design standard consistency and integrity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Evolving and relaunching of current websites and creation of new web products, apps and brands.
  • Create design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
  • Regular audits of our web products and user journeys.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to keep our platforms innovative and competitive.


  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms.
  • Strong skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business goals and user needs.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
