How quickly time passes: We are already ten years old and try to reinvent ourselves every day in order to help shape the rapid changes in market research.
The eleventh year since the company was founded is once again marked by progress and development. With the completion of our Self Sampling Tool (SST), our customers now have the opportunity to send their self-defined target group from over 70 countries directly to their own survey.

Our survey portal www.befragmich.de offers people from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who are interested in market research the opportunity to participate in surveys. For this, they will receive a financial incentive.

Companies and institutes are offered access to these participants. Thereby, we can support you during the whole process, from designing the questionnaire to analysing the collected data. Alternatively, we are also available for mere sampling.


With www.humanbrandindex.com we offer different market research instruments for reliable evaluation of testimonials and human brands.

A unique study design forms the methodological foundation, which allows the target group to evaluate human brands/ celebrities representatively. The research methodology is based on a wide-ranged randomized, controlled study, where the effects of testimonial commercials were compared to the effects of regular commercials. Since not only purchase intentions, but also actual purchases of respondents were surveyed for validation, the HUMAN BRAND INDEX ® can accurately predict the actual testimonial success from the relation between brand and testimonial.

Thereby, we are connected to the global leader of open source software projects for online surveys. www.limesurvey.org offers an efficient and freely available software for online surveys. The tool is permanently refined by qualified developers and a team of contributers from all over the world. Limesurvey is used worldwide by companies, market researchers and universities.

LimeSurvey offers efficient hosting and professional services all around the usage of this great software.


Through our website www.mobrog.com, we manage our international survey participants from over 70 countries. The participants can sign up to our access panel online or per app. We regularly invite them to surveys for which they are remunerated. The surveys can be filled out by the participants online or via smartphone app, depending on the purpose and extent of the survey.

Our panel is growing monthly by more than 100,000 new participants worldwide, guaranteeing fresh survey participants at all time.


With our portal www.myMarktforschung.de , we offer various services.

  • Online Panel: We offer access to study participants, who can be applied to every online conducted research projects (e.g. online surveys, online group discussions).
  • Recruitment: We recruit the target group you need for research projects where you need personal access to participants, e.g. studio tests, focus groups, in-home tests and product tests
  • Management of qualitative studies: We organize your qualitative study thoughout Germany. We book the studio, provide an experienced moderator and recruit study participants, so that you can focus on your research.

Mystery Shopping

We are service provider for Mystery Shopping. With our portal www.mysterypanel.de, we have our own field of over 26,000 trained test clients, who we regularly use for covert service tests in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, we have our own interviewer field with 1,000 experienced interviewers for face-to-face surveys.

As quality leader in the Mystery Shopping area, we guarantee high quality of our services through different measures, from recruiting to delivering the data.
