Sometimes a test studio is not the appropriate place to get to know your target group better, because a studio atmosphere interview is based on a rather unnatural conversation setting. In-home interviews, on the other hand, take place in familiar surroundings at the test persons' homes and construct a natural conversation framework in which storytelling is often easier than in a test studio.
During the interview, observations can be made on the living conditions of the subjects in order to record the way in which products / services fit into the consumer's everyday world.
