Advertising campaigns cost a lot of money, but often lack valid key figures on their effectiveness. At the same time, the success of a campaign stands and falls with the ad motif or spot used. Although several versions are usually created in advance for the client to choose from, the selection is based on a gut feeling instead of valid data. We provide you with the necessary data to select the best possible advertising medium for your purpose.
We offer the possibility to test several choices of advertising media against each other with regard to their effect on the target group. As a market research institute, we collect the required data neutrally and support either the clients or the creators of advertising campaigns (e.g. advertising agencies) in implementing a successful campaign. Copy tests are extremely cost-efficient because the selection of the motif or spot is so central to the subsequent benefit of the entire campaign.
Copy test studies are based on online surveys with typically 500 people. These are either selected from the target group of the campaign or selected to be representative of the population. For more specific questions, the participant base can easily be increased to, for example, 1,000 participants.
We use proven questionnaires to measure the advertising performance of advertisements, poster motifs and commercials. The aim is to make the selection as realistic and interesting as possible for the respondents. The result is valid data that you can work with.
To minimise project runtimes, we deploy teams that accompany assignments throughout the entire market research chain – from the field phase to consulting on the results. As a market research company with experience in advertising research, we know that core results, i.e. which alternative can be described as the best, often need to be available quickly. Therefore, we provide the information in 72 hours after commissioning and delivery of all materials.
